Looking for a Brisbane branch office without the overheads? Like to step up from that home office and take your business to the next level? A serviced office gives you the choice, with plenty of flexibility and zero start-up costs.

 

Originally built in 1897 this charming boot factory has undergone a major refurbishment and reconstruction after being generally ignored and unloved for much of its recent life! With sandblasted brick walls and soaring timber columns the building is heritage listed with Brisbane City Council.

The Old Boot Factory is right opposite the CBD in South Brisbane. It’s an exciting location just 950m to the Queen Street Mall, central to the cafes and lifestyle of both South Bank and West End, and just 5 minutes walk to the train station and bus interchange.


Boasting 3.5m high ceilings and large windows in every office there’s a real sense of space and plenty of natural light. A high-grade modern refurb includes very stylish fittings throughout, creating a workspace for you that’s a step outside the norm.

We have just 8 offices, including one double suite. A full range of administration services is available, and flexible agreement terms from as little as two months.

 

 

 

The Serviced Offices

  • Rents from $500 per calendar month plus gst (average $600 and varies on size and agreement term). Your first $50 of printing is free of charge, and you don't pay for the first 3 hours of boardroom use!
  • The built-in furniture includes a large 1750mm wide desk, over-desk pinboard and shelf, wide return with drawers, and a high-back Ergo task chair on a chrome castor base with height adjustable arms
  • Dedicated phone number, and your Samsung digital readout handset provides call forwarding and messagebank. Line rental included in the office rent and call costs are very competitive
  • ADSL 2 broadband connection 
  • Secured carpark available at additional cost 
  • Phone answering in your company name available, along with general admin assistance including wordprocessing and binding etc. See our full schedule of services
  • New 40 page per minute Canon printer with high res colour and A4 and A3 capacity. Copies are just 5 cents per print for either size (50c for colour).
The Old Boot Factory

  • 24/7 access with reception manned 8.30am to 5.30am Monday to Friday
  • Airconditioning provided 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 5pm Saturdays
  • There’s a pin-code security alarm to the building and each office has its own lockable door and a lockable drawer
  • Two new bathrooms (one with shower) with high quality fittings
  • New kitchen with café area, LCD TV and plenty of space to take a break. Complimentary freshly ground coffee and a Zip chilled water tap.
  • Two 6 seat boardrooms available for hourly and daily bookings. One includes data projector and screen and DVD equipment. The two rooms can be opened up for a larger meeting or function.
  • Additional open meeting space with 6 seat table available free of charge for short meetings
  • Free on-street 2 hour parking for clients
  • Less than 1km to the Queen Street Mall (10 minutes on foot) and West End and South Bank's cafés, shopping and cultural precincts are all close by. South Bank rail and bus interchange are within 5 minutes walk and it’s an exciting urban renewal location.
