Rob Honeycombe - Managing Director

Rob began selling real estate in Brisbane’s inner south in 1991 before joining a family business in North Queensland in real estate, home building and property development. He returned to Brisbane in 2000 and led the design, marketing and sales teams for three landmark inner city apartment projects. Since leaving that business in 2004 Rob has been the State Manager – Sales and Marketing with a public company property developer. In that role he oversaw the promotional and sales campaigns of $2 billion in projects.

In late 2006 Rob and his father John bought the old boot factory and spent 12 months planning and completing a major refurbishment. A keen property investor Rob’s other passion is of course his family – wife Keryn and their delightful daughters!

Keryn Honeycombe - Client Services

Keryn joined the property industry in 1991 and worked as a property manager for a number of years. During that time the business managed a portfolio of over 1000 residential properties so she’s experienced the demands and pressures of a busy real estate office! She’s also worked in public relations and event management, most recently in the office of Brisbane’s Lord Mayor. This role included co-ordination of Brisbane’s international sister city relationships. Needless to say that, amongst other Boot Factory roles, Keryn’s now in charge of all events and parties!

Outside work Keryn’s a proud mum to Sophie and Amelie, and a raving coffee enthusiast who recently completed her first barista course.
